well in the case of Chitose airport in Hokkaido. its well designed. buses calling at the airport are well dispersed along its entire arrival area. the airport is semi circular in shape with the entire length of the semi circular part as driveway. so u come out shd see bus stop 7 o 8 leow. u exit by another part can find stop 1 2 etc.
the korean Pusan airport also not bad. the domestic one on Pusan . very good. u come out got zebra crossing to some bus berths and the other bus bays are once again located right next to he arrival complex. got foos court u cna eat and sit n kuah bus and drool into ur food at the korean Gassy bus.
Narita shd be more or less like Chitose but that the airport is not a nice semi circular shape.

At Narita, most people would head for the express train stations at the basement level.

Yes, true, its a bloody long walk away from arrival area if u choose to take the walkway, but theres a lift too at the side if u did notice. I went to Changi Airport's Terminal 3 today. Some things I noticed are:
1. The barriers used before entering Changi Airport's Terminal 3 is the same as those used in Terminal 1; in this case, a crash barrier (without the 'teeth').
2. As mentioned by 'sbst275', it's indeed a long way into Terminal 3's basement. It takes about a minute to get in there.
So you might ask, what's in there? Why is it so long? From my point of view, I would think it's either the row of shops or it could be a place for loading/unloading goods (I remember seeing one).
3. The signs for Scheme B's Service 646 and 651 are at the berths, but I'm not sure whether both services go there. I didn't see any Scheme B buses going there.
4. When going from the bus terminal to the lift or escalator, the walking distance is pretty quite long too - about a two to three minute walk into the building and then having to go up the lift or the escalator. I had to walk past untiled pieces of carpet just to get to the bus terminal and back so that I could go back to Terminal 2.
Do note that some info that I provided may be inaccurate. To know more about Changi Airport's Terminal 3, you can take a bus there by yourself. -

T3 is comparable to the recently refurb'ed Narita or the nice Blue tinged icheon. i've aslways liked blue tinged glass. So using that same colour for the driveway glass walls r nice.
does the sun reflector panels (points to roof on level 2 - departures) suck in sunlight power and convert them to light and shine down..or do i see actually lighted lamps power by electricity like any oher light?
the tiling a bit very messy to my eyes. splotches of blacks n grays all over. make one go dizzy. but sadly now modern buildings either have this kind of mad pattern or just plain white tiles (Like Vivocity) (like Narita airport) with composite materials reflecting light in many colours making a gllittery pattern on tiles.
there is missing item in t3 tiling. tactile plates to lead blind around. in Narita T1 and T2 tactile plates go everywhere, eben lead blind to toilets. Even icheon Seoul airport have such tiles. hong Kong airport have the tiles leading to bus terminal.

the lift lobbies wif 3 lifts are not connected to the bus terminal due to construction works and only the lift lobby with 2 lifts is connected to the bus terminal. Today 1 of the lift was not in operation in late afternoon somemore and almost everywhere in B2 is having renovation or construction works.. -
I went back to T1 to transfer to buses. of course la.. T3 is not yet open officially to the public what... there is why construction work all around... those alighting there is majority airport staff... i everyday alight and board from there.. wow like going to warzone.. hopefully all the construction works to be completed soon... so sian.. so dusty..

CGA is way better than perth Airport. The international terminal in PTH is isolated, and is only accessible by taxi. At least the domestic terminal has a public bus route going to the city.
Last time got rumours about a branch line to airport, but nothing was built. Furthermore, there are no expressways leading to PTH Airport.
