  Do under 21 2A sports bikers have to pay the same insane amount of insurance as under 21 2B sports bikers?
  Or would the insurance be lower as 2A bikers have already at least 1 year on road experience, or being under 21 still counts as a major hindrance?

  Might be almost the same, although you are no longer a P plate, but your bike cc increased, so your insurance increased too.

  i heard the new policy says. if ur new 2A rider(jus pass) and ur buying 2A bike, ur experience is 0 , think this is the new rule, same for class 2 also
