where's nice quiet place to have dinner

  hi guys.as with the subject itself lol "where can i find a nice quiet place to have dinner with someone?" in singapore with a yummy food and not overly expensive and formal. I'll be goin to spore in a week so i'd like to know the places where i can find good food

  1) Halia Restaurant at Singapore Botanic Gardens - quiet nice surrounding.
  2) Italian restaurant at Labrador Park - again quiet nice surrounding.
  3) The Jewel Box at Mount Faber - nice and cool in the evening.
  4) Restaurants along the beach at Sentosa Island - sea view.

  Cable Car has sky dinning at a certain price... SGD$158 for 2 if I remember correctly. One starter, one main... and one glass of wine

  there was this once i went to jack's place @ marina square and it was rather quiet. I was the only customer after some left.
