Pavilion Cineplex.
1. How about Queenstown one?
2. Clementi also bahx (Now destructed already)
Queenstown Bowl/Cinema - Was opened in 1977 and closed down in 1999 with an addition of Palace KTV. When the bowling centre and cinema had closed down, the LAN Shop, arcade games & billiard sallon took over the building until it was entirely closed down at the end of 2005/06.
Marina South had plenty of it as well, especially Superbowl Marina South.
Pavilion Cineplex - (as mentioned) Was opened in Jan 1993 by Cathay Organisation (the heartland cinemas were taken over by Golden Village), 4 screen cineplex with wheelchair facility. Operated for 5 years and the only last film to screen was a Hindi movie in Jul 1998. However other shops still operated at Pavilion Cineplex until 2006, together with DBS Tampines Centre, awaiting for demolition.

Queenstown is mentioned.
Clementi Empress was known as Wywy Wonderspace. It was closed togehter with the KFC / Cineplex at the end of July 2006.
That building you mentioned that it was being demolished was the Clementi/ Commonwealth Theatre.
SB Woodlands Theatre - Super FunWorld opened in 1995 and closed in 2003. Now used as a Kindergarten known as "Huda Kindergarten"

Yes, its rundown until today. Same as the Clementi Empress Cineplex. Its future for those buildings is still remains unknown. I won't know when these buildings are going to be used as a 2nd life in future or its awaiting demolition.

Off-Topic here:
Singapore used to have ban on video arcades before. It was imposed on 1 Sep 1983, citing the bad and harmful effects on video games, which influence young children & teenagers (eg. playing truant in school, stealing money to support the habit). The government ordered to shut down all remaining 48 arcade game outlets by the end of August 1983, in order to curb the addiction of video gaming. Parents were very concerned for children who usually spends "useless" time at an arcade and does not even benefit to the society.
However, with the ban, people would flock to computer shops to rent the computers, but only serious customers would be allowed such as word-processing & programming. In the course of the ban, educational softwares were allowed as long as any games that would not harm the children and becoming a serious addiction resulting in the influential of arcade games.
Other countries also did consider the ban of video arcade games such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand & Phillippines.

Remember how Lot One's arcade place used to be? it was originally fully covered the whole of level 4. i was young that time, and that place was famous for 'gangsters' and gamer-geeks. then after CDL got replaced by CapitalMall , the whole lot of space was removed, and was pushed to a much organised space located at the same floor. i used to play xbox there and it was great! then that was when CapitalMall (or isit CapitalLand? ) revamped the entire lot of space to make way for NLB. the arcade was then (and currently) moved to the 5th storey; which used to be a rather quiet place then.
